What areas do you serve?
Hitech Wolf serves businesses throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Our headquarters is in Jacksonville, FL. We provide on-site support across the Southeast and remote support anywhere.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We offer both flat monthly managed IT plans and affordable hourly rates — so you can choose what fits your business. There's no requirement for a long-term commitment.
How quickly can you get started?
We can typically begin with a discovery call within 24 hours and have a proposal to you within a few days. Onboarding for managed services typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your environment.
Do you work with small businesses?
Absolutely. We work with businesses of all sizes — from solo professionals to companies with 100+ employees. We right-size our services and pricing to match your needs and budget.

What is managed IT and how is it priced?
Managed IT is a proactive, all-inclusive IT service where we monitor, maintain, and support your entire technology environment for a flat monthly fee. This covers unlimited help desk support, system monitoring, patch management, and more — no surprise bills.
Do you offer hourly support?
Yes. For businesses that don't need full managed IT, we offer affordable hourly rates for on-site and remote support. You pay only for what you need.
Do you handle cybersecurity?
Yes — cybersecurity is a core part of what we do. We offer endpoint protection, threat monitoring, ransomware defense, email security, vulnerability assessments, and staff security training.
Can you support our existing software and systems?
In most cases, yes. We support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and most business software platforms. During our initial assessment we'll document your environment and confirm compatibility.
Do you offer VoIP phone systems?
Yes. We deploy and manage VoIP phone systems for businesses — including auto-attendants, mobile softphones, call recording, and unified communications. We can replace your existing phone system or set up a new one.
Do you install security cameras and access control?
Yes. We install and manage UniFi-based IP camera systems and door access control for businesses. Everything integrates with your existing network and is managed through a single platform.
Security & Compliance
Do you support healthcare businesses?
Yes. We provide high-security IT for medical practices, dental offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Our environments are built with encryption, access controls, and audit logging that meet and exceed healthcare data security standards.
How do you protect against ransomware?
Our multi-layer defense includes endpoint detection and response (EDR), email filtering, DNS-level threat blocking, immutable offsite backups, and staff security training. We also have incident response procedures in place if an attack does occur.
What happens if we have a security incident?

Working With Us
Do you provide on-site support or only remote?
Both. We provide remote support for most day-to-day issues, and on-site visits for installations, hardware work, and anything that can't be resolved remotely. On-site availability depends on your location within our service area.
What are your support hours?
Our standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. Saturday support is available by appointment. Emergency support is available outside business hours for critical issues.
Will we have a dedicated technician?
You'll work with a consistent team that knows your environment. For managed clients, we maintain detailed documentation of your systems so any team member can support you effectively.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We handle transitions from other IT providers regularly. We'll work with your current provider to obtain documentation and ensure a smooth handover with no disruption to your business.
